The RUPES BigFoot HLR75 iBrid Mini Polisher represents the next evolution of RUPES polishing tools, featuring advanced iBrid dual power technology for maximum flexibility and performance. Designed specifically for tight areas, curves, and intricate panels, the HLR75 pairs a 12mm orbit with a 3 inch backing plate to deliver precise polishing control in places larger machines cannot reach.

The patented RUPES iBrid Technology concept allows technicians to choose the power source that best fits the job. Operate the HLR75 using battery power for cordless freedom or connect the iBrid Power Adapter for continuous corded operation. Regardless of the power option selected, the tool delivers identical output and performance thanks to a specialized motor platform engineered and manufactured in house by RUPES.

The HLR75 introduces a revolutionary approach to polisher ergonomics. Its thoughtfully redesigned shape allows for multiple comfortable grip positions, improving control while working on complex surfaces. Exceptional balance and maneuverability help deliver precise polishing results while reducing operator fatigue during extended use.

Powering the tool is an 18V 2.5Ah lithium ion battery equipped with LED indicators that display the charge level with the press of a button. A full charge provides approximately 35 to 45 minutes of continuous run time.

The included iBrid Mini Battery Charger is custom designed to fit the unique battery pack system. Integrated LED lights indicate charging status and bring the battery from empty to full in approximately 35 minutes, keeping the HLR75 ready for the next polishing task.

    Very impressed.

    I've been doing paint touch up, and fixing light scratches for 20 years. It would normally take about 20 mins to fix a scratch - wet sanding, and buffing. Now it takes about 5 minutes. The buffer is vastly more efficient, and the quality of work is much higher than the orbital buffer I was using. I'm very happy with the RUPES mini HLR75!!
